When you line up…RACE!!!

I coach a lot of athletes. A lot of athletes. And we are entering into racing season for most everyone and my advice is simply… WHEN YOU LINE UP…RACE!!! Racing is HARD. Racing is TOUGH. Racing is WHY YOU PUT IN ALL OF THE WORK THAT YOU PUT IN…SO, when you line up…RACE!!!
