About a year ago I read a training journal from Ryan Hall before he ran 2:04 at the Boston Marathon…throughout this training journal he was STRUGGLING. His stomach was seemingly always a problem and he just wasn’t able to hit all of his workouts.
But, he never stopped believing.
And training isn’t just the 8-12 weeks leading into your goal race…it’s the years that you’ve put in, building up, racing, and learning the event.
