10 days until Conference — Day #5

RECOVERY…actual recovery! 🙂

Most of our runners will be taking a total rest day. I am a HUGE FAN of running 7-days per week, but there are times when you need a mental and physical break from running.

Today is one of those days.

Our higher mileage guys will run an easy double distance run of 5 miles…but outside of that…WE ARE RESTING.
