Yesterday’s tempo session was AWESOME. Tempo runs aren’t meant to be races and aren’t meant to be too tough physically and I feel like our men and women performed brilliantly yesterday in practice.
So, today, the goal is to recover, get in the miles, and get prepared for the BIG session that we have scheduled on Saturday.
Our guys will run 10-14 miles today, while the ladies will run 6-8 miles. This is also a day when we have those who need to x-train do that…they’ll do 65 minutes of x-training.
All in all, this is just another day to grab some mileage and to recover!!!
