Today is our travel day.
Typically we don’t meet for Thursday’s but since it’s a travel day and we are leaving mid-morning it just makes sense to meet and get in our run together.
With us just being two days out from the race we’re just running easy. Most of the men and women are repeating their main run from yesterday, which would be 8-10 miles for the men and 6 miles for the women.
