GTTC Elite Team, July, 2018
This was our first official team workout of 2018…we’ve been running together for easy runs throughout the summer…but this session last week was the first time that we were able to get together to get in the work and I would say that it was a success.
Right now, the men are preparing for an early November half marathon and then peaking for the Houston half marathon, while Kelsey on the women’s side is preparing ultimately for the NYC Marathon in November.
This session is a very relaxed tempo day…but also only the second scheduled workout of the summer…so still very introductory for us…but also very good work.
It was fun to be able to watch the team workout together this morning and hopeful for more opportunities as we continue to train through this summer and into the fall.
