Learning From the Greats — Weldon Johnson

I mentioned Weldon Johnson on the last Learning From the Greats post with John Kellogg. Weldon is one of my running heroes…he was a guy who never qualified for an NCAA Championship and went on to place 4th in the US in the 10,000 meters (twice).

If you go through and search the letsrun archives you can find some really good gems on training from Wejo and his coach John Kellogg.

One of the things that I loved hearing Wejo say once was that when you run the right way you just get good at running…

You just get good at running…easy enough.
