As we MOVE into 2018, I wanted to start the year off with something of substance.
How can this website help you to become a better runner in 2018?
My hope is that my Running Top-10 list will do just that.
Starting January 1st I will run through 10 days of my Running Top-10 list. One per day to start the new year. These are tips and instructions that I believe will help you become a better runner.
