Getting back into it.

It’s been over a year since I posted on this site. Life got busy.

Two kids. A pandemic. Back to work. Things get neglected.

The summer is usually an opportunity to reset, review, and renew.

I’m looking forward to getting back into it with this site — the goal is to grow as a coach and to help others grow as runners/coaches.

I do offer coaching services through this website, but mainly I just want to offer ideas and and dive into everything running related. I want to continue looking into training that our athletes have done in the past, as well as dig into the training that others are doing. I want take a look at both the mental and physical sides of running and coaching and see if we can find every opportunity to get 1% better every day.

We’ve got three long, but important months of summer — let’s use them wisely.

When I woke up this morning you’re blog came to mind and I wondered if you were still writing and I wasn’t receiving it anymore, or if you had taken a break.
