4:52.75 is the official time for my 19th year of consecutive sub 5:00/miles.
I wanted to knock this one out early since I felt relatively fit. Just glad to keep the streak going and just thankful to be healthy enough to chase it.
Jan. 5th, 2019 — 4:52.75 at Jackson Middle School in Grand Prairie. Thankful to have Rachel (wife), Sam (newborn), and Will (2 years) out to watch, time, and cheer me on.
