It’s a big weekend for the DBU Cross Country squads as we prepare to travel to Denver, Colorado to preview our Regional Championship course. If we are going to make it to the NCAA National Championships later this fall then we’ll have to do so by qualifying through the Regional Championships.
I don’t know why other teams don’t make the trek to Denver for this preview…to scope out the course, to formulate a plan, and to figure out how to attack in November. But, for us, it’s a necessity. I believe that we have two top-10 teams with our men and women…but to do that, we’ll need to be at our best in November!
