Today I have the pleasure of introducing Eduardo Rodriguez as a member of the 2020 US Olympic Marathon Trials Project. Eddy, as I call him, was a terrific runner at the University of Texas. While at UT he qualified for the NCAA Cross Country Championships and had some amazing PR’s on the track.
I officially met Eddy this summer when he sent me an email asking to join the Greater Texas Track Club…and I soon learned that while Eddy is a man of few words, he’s got a competitive streak which I believe will serve him well as he continues to train for the half and full marathon!
Read a little bit more about Eddy below and if you want to contribute or support our 2020 US Olympic Marathon Trials Project please email me at thedailyrun@gmail.com.
