Andrew Curry ran 29:30 for 10,000 meters at Mt. Sac.

In high school he ran 9:59 once for 3200 meters.

Not one workout stands alone in the reason he’s come from averaging just at 5 minutes/mile for 3200 meters to now averaging 4:44/mile pace for 10,000 meters; but I think that this workout back in March proved his current fitness.

He was able to follow up the 29:30 performance just a week later with a 14:18 over 5000 meters at the Oregon State High Performance Meet.

He is in the shape of his life and has even bigger goals and dreams than the 29:30/14:18 show. I’m looking forward to seeing him race at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships at the end of May!
