This morning was the start of Kelsey Bruce’s 2018 racing campaign. Honestly, it was just an opportunity to get out and get in a hard effort, but it is crazy that on four weeks of running and only one true workout that she can run 75 minutes for the half.
I think that bodes very well for her spring season.
Now, onto some big training and some fast races!!!
